Progressio Campaigns Officer Brie O'Keefe

Brie O’Keefe is Progressio’s Campaigns Officer for the East Timor: Who Cares? Campaign. Originally from Northern Canada, Brie has studied development studies in Montreal before working abroad in India, South Korea and Spain. In 2006 Brie came to London to do a Master’s degree at the LSE and work for Progressio. A keen foodie, musician and salsa dancer, this is Brie’s first trip to East Timor.

Jo Barrett is Progressio’s Media Officer. Born in London, Jo was soon whisked off to far away lands which saw pit stops in Malaysia and Thailand before a more restful decade in Holland. Jo finally returned to the UK to study English and Spanish which included a stint in Spain and a year in South America. She has an MA in International Journalism and previously worked at the Coalition for the International Criminal Court. Jo enjoys running, scuba diving and just the odd bit of travel: she can’t wait to visit Timor!
